Stakeholder Engagement

Multi-Stakeholder Policy

Guided by our management philosophy, we aim to contribute to society's long-term, sustainable development through our business activities. Recognizing that value co-creation with diverse stakeholders—including employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities—is essential in corporate management, we will engage in appropriate collaboration with these multi-stakeholders. Furthermore, recognizing that the appropriate distribution of profits and outcomes generated through value co-creation and productivity improvements to these multi-stakeholders is essential for long-term, sustainable social and economic development, and acknowledging the importance of rewarding employees and considering business partners, we will advance the initiatives outlined in this policy.
