Mass-Burn Renaissance

   For building a sustainable society, it is necessary to use the resources effectively and reduce the waste generation by recycling and reusing.
   Also, we must dispose of the waste suitably so as to reduce the environmental burden.
   Takuma has embodied the follownig concepts in a new combustion system with newly developed technologies. Our technologies were awarded several prizes by Japanese academic societies.

Concepts of Mass-Burn Renaissance

Hygienic Treatment and Complete Combustion

It should treat varieties of waste without pre-treatment.

It should produce less than 1 % ignition loss.

Environmental preservation

Its control of toxic substance should result in:

Dioxins concentration:	<0.5 ng-TEQ/m3N @Furnace outlet <0.01 ng-TEQ /m3N @Stack outlet
CO:	<10 ppm @Furnace outlet
NOx:	<60 ppm @Furnace outlet
HCL,SOx:	<15 ppm @Stack outlet

It should detoxify ash by melting, and recycle valuables.

Heat Recovery at High Efficiency

It excess air ratio should be 1.3 (reducing exhaust gas volume by 30%).

It should perform high efficiency power generation at > 24%.

Steam condition:	6MPa×400°C
Low-temperature heat recovery:	addition of a deaeration heater
